Because each board is handcrafted individually, all orders are currently placed as PRE-ORDERS. We do not mass produce or rush these pieces—every board is made one by one with care. When a payment is made for PRE-ORDER, the order is currently in processing and cannot be cancelled as it is undergoing production.
Due to recent extremely high demand, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow an estimated 6-8 weeks for production and finishing before your order is shipped. Once your board is completed and packaged, tracking will be provided, delivery typically takes 2 weeks depending on your location and local carrier transit times.
